toronto bites back

ok, so being in l-school again hasn't quite sunk in. just two weeks of class and i'm already behind on several hundred pages of reading. that pales compared to the amount of work i to do in "real life". oh, where have the joyous days of childhood gone?

although reality bites, i'm determined to bite back. ha. ok, in reality that just means getting down and doing what needs to be done. less bitching, more doing.

but what is really puzzling me is: why are all the social events at pubs these days?? does it simply affirm the age old rule of lawyers as drinkers (all nyu student events were keggers and bar nights too).
