long awaited return

anticipation is so much fun!
and after all that waiting, i'm back. technically not back in nyc, but back to some semblence of a life that i had, crowded with case summaries, casebooks and supersmart classmates... oh the fun of law school. and i'm back to the process of starting a new year in a new school, and the really fun part is that i'm out of sync with the other brats who all know each other. flashback to high school.

the year ahead is already brimming with opportunities. i have plans to do so much and as always i won't be able to get to all of them, but i love the planning process.

toronto has not been its usual self over the last two weeks. way too much rain and dreary weather. and after two years absence, everyone seems different. older, taller, wiser, richer, happier, and some just plain dead.

good luck to all the poor souls also embarking on another year of [mis]education.
